⏰ Many of our morning classes fill quickly. We recommend logging into your Sawyer account before registration opens so you're ready to register right at 1:00 PM.

For high-traffic registrations, Sawyer may activate a Cloudflare waiting room to help keep everything running smoothly.

If you see the waiting room:

We’re adding Monday afternoon classes to Greenwich!

We're excited to expand our Monday schedule at the Cohen Eastern Greenwich Civic Center, now offering both morning and afternoon classes.

Registration and Class Confirmation

Once you register through Sawyer, you'll receive a confirmation email. Your child's spot is reserved once registration and payment are complete. If you don't receive a confirmation email, please reach out so we can make sure everything went through correctly.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of registration. We accept all payment methods available through Sawyer.

Sibling Discounts

We love when siblings join the fun! The first sibling receives 40% off, the second sibling receives 60% off, and any additional siblings are free.

Unlimited Makeups

We know life with little ones can be unpredictable! Enrolled families are welcome to enjoy unlimited makeup classes during their registered session, subject to availability.

Please email us before attending a makeup class so we can confirm that there's room. Makeup classes must be completed within the same session and cannot be carried over to future sessions. Unused makeup classes have no cash value and are not refundable.

Guests

We love welcoming family and friends! You're welcome to occasionally bring a guest with a child to class when space permits. Grandparents and other adult family members are always welcome to join the fun.

Please email us ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.

Drop-In Classes

Drop-in classes are available in select locations and times when space permits. Advance registration is required, and availability may vary from week to week.

Inclement Weather

For weather-related cancellations, we consider local conditions, facility closures, school closings, and travel safety.

If a class is canceled, we'll notify families by email and post updates on Instagram and Facebook at @jumpinjamsmusic.

Illness

We want to keep our Jumpin' Jams community as healthy as possible!

If you or your child has a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, a contagious illness, or isn't feeling well enough to participate, please stay home and rest.

Children should be fever-free for at least 24 hours without fever-reducing medication and free of vomiting or diarrhea for at least 24 hours before returning to class.

You're always welcome to schedule a makeup class once everyone is feeling better, subject to availability.

Parent and Caregiver Participation

Our classes are designed for children and their grown-ups to participate together. The more you sing, move, dance, and play along, the more your child will engage too!

We love the friendships that develop in class, but ask caregivers to keep adult conversations to a minimum during class so everyone can hear, participate, and enjoy the experience.

Every child participates differently, and that's perfectly okay! Some jump right in, while others prefer to watch or warm up at their own pace.

A parent or caregiver must remain with and supervise their child throughout class.

Shoes

To help keep our classroom clean and comfortable for little ones who love to crawl and explore, we ask that everyone remove their shoes before entering the class area.

Socks are welcome!

Snacks and Food

To help keep our classrooms clean, safe, and allergy-conscious, we ask families not to bring snacks or meals into class.

Water and other drinks for children and caregivers are welcome.

Toys and Comfort Items

To help everyone stay focused and engaged during class, we ask that personal toys stay at home or tucked away during class time.

Of course, if your child needs a favorite stuffed animal, lovey, or other comfort item for emotional support, that's always welcome!

Class Changes and Transfers

Need to switch your regular class day or time? We're happy to help!

Transfers to another class are available when space permits. Please contact us in advance so we can help find an option that works for your family.

Refunds and Cancellations

We understand that plans change, especially with little ones, and we do our best to accommodate our families!

Within 24 Hours of Registration

Families may cancel within 24 hours of registering for a full refund, including processing fees, provided their first class has not yet taken place.

Before the Session Begins

Cancellations after the initial 24-hour period are eligible for a full tuition refund, minus any nonrefundable processing fees.

After the Session Begins

Families who need to withdraw from the session will receive a prorated tuition refund for their remaining scheduled classes.

Classes that have already taken place are nonrefundable, and retroactive refunds are not provided for missed classes.

How to Request a Refund

Please email info@jumpinjams.com to request a cancellation or refund. Refunds are calculated from the date we receive your cancellation request.

Classes Canceled by Jumpin' Jams

Occasionally, we may need to cancel a class because of instructor illness, severe weather, facility closures, or other unexpected circumstances.

If this happens, we'll offer a makeup opportunity or an available alternate class whenever possible.

If we're unable to provide a replacement class, families will receive a refund or class credit for the canceled class.

Photography and Video

From time to time, Jumpin' Jams may take photos or short videos during class to share on our website, social media, and promotional materials.

Photo and video permissions are handled during registration. If you prefer that your child not be photographed or recorded, please let us know. We respect every family's preferences.

Classroom Safety

Parents and caregivers are responsible for supervising their children before, during, and after class.

Please follow any rules or restrictions established by the facility where your class is held. We also ask families to help us maintain a safe, welcoming environment for all participants.
