✨ What's New This Fall?

We’re adding Monday afternoon classes to Greenwich!

We're excited to expand our Monday schedule at the Cohen Eastern Greenwich Civic Center, now offering both morning and afternoon classes.

⏳ Waitlist Information

If your preferred class is full, please join the waitlist! Schedule changes do happen, and we often have families move between classes before the session begins.

We offer sibling discounts! 40% for the first sibling, 60% for the second sibling and 100% for everyone after that! 

Want to try us out before you commit? We offer Free Trial classes!

As a reminder, if you or your child isn't feeling well it's best to stay home. We have a very flexible make up policy, but do ask that you try to take your make up classes within the current session.

Summer Session Information:

• Session Dates: June 29th - Aug 14th

• Greenwich classes held at Greenwich Botanical Center

• Summer classes will be a mix of indoor and outdoor classes depending on the weather

CLASS FAQ

Registration and class confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent right after you register. If you do not receive a confirmation within an hour after submitting your registration, please call us to confirm that we have received it. Class placement will be confirmed via email once payment is received.

Payment
All payments must be received on or before the first day of class. If you are going to miss your first class, please be sure that your payment has been sent to reserve your spot. Spots are held upon payment received. Cash, personal check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Google Wallet and Venmo are accepted.

Sibling Discounts
We are happy to offer sibling discounts. It’s 40% for the first sibling, 60% for the second sibling and everyone after that is free!

Unlimited Makeups
You are welcome to make up any missed class, just email us to let us know when you are coming. Makeup classes should be taken within the same semester.

Guests
You may occasionally schedule to bring a guest with a child to class provided there is room. Adult family members and relatives are always welcome. Please email us to let us know of any guests.

Inclement weather
During inclement weather, we follow school closings for the town that your class is in. If there is a school delay, we will run classes at the regular scheduled time. We will always email about a closing and announce it on Facebook or Instagram so make sure you follow us at @jumpinjamsmusic for the latest updates. If you have any questions, just give us a call. 

Illnesses
If your child has a fever or isn’t feeling well, it’s probably best for everyone to stay home. Don’t worry, you can make up a class anytime!

Parent Participation
Because these are "parent/caregiver and me" style classes, the more you or the caregiver participate in the classes, the more the child will engage as well. That being said, we realize that this is also an opportunity for positive social engagement for your children (and parents too!). We believe that there can be a happy medium.

Refunds
Tuition fee is fully refundable before the first day of the semester begins. Up until two weeks after semester has begun 50% of tuition fees will be refunded for remaining unattended classes at time of cancellation. No refunds after two weeks.
